Office & Commercial projects

Universal Publishing Music Group
Fulham Broadway, London SW6.
We have recently finished a refurbishment upgrade to the Fulham offices of this world renowned music publishing company. This involved low voltage electrical supplies along with extra low voltage scene setting lighting systems, CCTV, intruder alarms and additional fire detection systems.

Michael Simkins LLP
Lynton House, Tavistock Square, London W1.
This project involved the installation of a security alarm system with 24/7 monitoring & an access control system to the offices of this prestigious media & entertainment legal services company. The contract carried out for Michael Simkins LLP was undertaken at short notice and completed within a very limited timescale, working alongside Cube Interior Solutions.

Foxtons Estate Agents
Park Lane, London W1.
Working in conjunction with Sq-m2, the main contractor for this project, we undertook the electrical, IT & Data element of this total interior refurbishment for this leading estate agency firm. The contract was carried out at one of Foxtons prime London office locations within an 8 week fixed programme period, whilst the client was still open to the public and trading as normal.

Eskmuir Properties
Unit 17 & 18 Fleming Way Industrial Estate
Royce Road, Crawley RH10 9NX.

Having initially been asked to carry out an electrical periodic inspection report on Unit 17 by Quinn London Limited on behalf of the client, Eskmuir Properties, we were instructed to carry out a strip out and electrical refurbishment of the offices and main warehouse for this 8000sq ft industrial unit to meet the current standard of the 17th edition of the IEE regulations. This involved an element of design working alongside the client to achieve the finish that was desired by the client. Due to our performance with this project we were subsequently asked to undertake the same process for Unit 18, which had a 9500sq ft capacity, with the same successful conclusion.



Education projects

Sir Thomas Abney School
Fairholt Road, London N16.
Working in close partnership with Lengard Limited for this project, over a period of 8 months, we undertook the removal & replacement of the existing lightning conductor systems, building, walkway and safety lighting, fire alarm systems, PA systems & access control systems to a number of the individual school buildings to facilitate the installation of a new cladding system to the buildings. Throughout the works we maintained the full operational capacity of these systems to enable the continued day to day operation of the school.

Granard Primary School
Cortis Road, London SW15.
Working alongside Quinn London Limited, we successfully met all the expectations that both the LB of Wandsworth and indeed the school had expressed at the start of the project for the installation of a new industrial kitchen.

Brandlehow Primary School
Brandlehow Road, London SW15.
After tendering and securing this project with Cuttle & McLeod Construction Limited, the contract consisted of installing low voltage electrical services, IT & Data systems, fire detection systems and an AV system within this innovatively designed extension to the existing school building to the satisfaction of both the LB of Wandsworth and the school.

Queen Elizabeth Girls School
High Street, Barnet, Herts EN5.
This project for Queen Elizabeth Girls School, located in the LB of Barnet was completed within a tight timeframe. The refurbishment carried out was for works to a drama studio, computer suite, classrooms, editing suite, media & arts studio & a new industrial kitchen & dining area for the school children.


Community projects

Kirby Estate
Jamaica Road, London SE16.
We secured this project in partnership with Lengard Limited for the client, the LB of Southwark. We refurbished over one hundred occupied properties comprising bedsits, one, two & three bedroom flats & 4 bedroom maisonettes. The existing containment was used where possible & we installed new pvc skirting trunking & replaced the existing distribution boards. The value of this project to TH Electrical was £285k.

Smeaton Court
Rockingham Estate, Rockingham Road, London SE1.
The LB of Southwark was again the client for this project with Cuttle & McLeod Construction Limited as the main contractor. We refurbished the existing main electrical distribution control & sub mains distribution equipment throughout the residential block’s & the sub mains cabling to the residential units, whilst maintaining resident’s electrical supplies at all times. We also carried out the internal rewiring of the residential units within the block.

Six Acres Estate / Phase 4
Tollington Park, Six Acres Estate, London N4.
We successfully tendered for this project against a number of other electrical contractors to work alongside Quinn London Limited for the client, Homes for Islington. Over a twelve month period, we installed new sub-mains distribution equipment, a new containment system for the new landlords lighting & luminaires, new door access control, new digital TV & new telecommunication systems, with the installation of new security doors to seven individual residential blocks that contained 206 residents units. The project value to TH Electrical was £650k.

Gambier House
Mora Street, London EC1.
Working directly for the client, Homes for Islington, we refurbished the existing internal communal luminaires within this nineteen storey residential tower block with LED luminaires, to enable the client to evaluate the performance of this type of luminaire within this type of environment.

Kentish Town Library
262 – 266 Kentish Town Road, London NW5.
The variety of different aspects to complete the electrical refurbishment of this project within a fixed fourteen week programme was a challenge we met successfully without compromising on our quality of workmanship. At the successful completion of the project for all concerned, we were singled out in receiving the additional gratitude of the client, the LB of Camden, for being able to incorporate the large degree of alterations and additions to our original scope of works, within the initial project time frame.


New Build & Residential projects

St Mungo Community Housing Association Limited
29 Francis Street, London SW1.
Working in conjunction with the main contractor Quinn London Limited, TH Electrical successfully undertook a full electrical refurbishment to this five storey building, for the client, St Mungo`s. The project was a combination of office space and residential units. The two lower floors being office space with the three upper floors for residential use. In addition to the standard low voltage distribution, lighting & power electrical systems, we installed an L1 fire detection system, door entry systems, telecommunication, Data & IT systems and CCTV system to this Grade 2 listed building. The contract value to TH Electrical was £280k.

Institute of Education
9-11 Endsleigh Gardens, WC1.
Having successfully won this project by competitive tender we completed this contract to an agreed fixed cost of £290k. We undertook the total refurbishment of this 6 floor building. This comprised office layouts on the three lower floors with student accommodation on the upper three floors. In addition to the low voltage electrical systems, we were responsible for the installation of the fire detection system, security systems, IT & Data systems, CCTV & access control systems.
